Truco rules
A mano of truco has two fights: the envido, which is called at the start, and the truco, which is won with the cards. Here it is step by step, with the quote from the official rules at each step.
From the deal to the points

Where it comes from
Si se juega de callado, es decir, sin que nadie pronuncie la palabra “truco”, el ganador cobrará un (1) solo tanto.
In English: If it is played without calling, that is, without anyone saying the word “truco”, the winner gets only one (1) point.

In English: An accepted and won TRUCO is worth two (2) POINTS. An accepted and won RETRUCO is worth three (3) points.

In English: only the side that was previously invited can call retruco.
Como su nombre lo indica el que gana esta baza gana cuatro (4) TANTOS. Si no se acepta, el que lo echó (al vale 4) ganará solo tres (3) TANTOS como si hubiese ganado RETRUCO.
In English: As its name says, whoever wins this round gets four (4) POINTS. If it is not accepted, the one who called it (the vale 4) gets only three (3) POINTS, as if they had won RETRUCO.

In English: If the no quiero answers the first bet of the team that made it, that team wins 1 point; if there were other raises, the team whose last proposal was rejected wins the points "accepted" up to that moment.

Where it comes from
Cuando antes de jugar ninguna carta se va un bando “a baraja” sin decir palabra, queda terminado, ese tiro y el bando contrario, yéndose también a baraja cobrará dos (2) tantos a favor.
In English: When a side goes “to the deck” without a word before any card is played, that round is over and the opposing side, also going to the deck, collects two (2) points in its favor.
