- Seven cards eachYou draw from the deck or the discard pile and throw one away. The idea is to build melds.
- MeldsThree or four cards of the same number, or a run of three or more in the same suit. In the Buenos Aires Province version there are 2 jokers, and only one per meld.
- Going outBuenos Aires Province version: if what you have left loose adds up to 5 or less. With 40 or 48 cards: a single loose card worth 4 or less.
- PointsWhat you have left loose counts against you. Ace 1 · 5 5 · Jack 10 · King 12. Going out with everything in melds: -10.
- ChinchónSeven cards in a run of the same suit, with no joker: you win the match on the spot.
- Up to 101Whoever goes over 101 is out; the last player left wins.

Sólo se permitirá un (1) Comodín por juego.In English: Only one (1) joker will be allowed per meld.

Si corta y utiliza todas las cartas para los juegos se anotará menos diez (-10).In English: If a player goes out and uses all the cards in melds, minus ten (-10) is scored.
si un jugador lograra formar CHIN-CHON sin comodín y cortase, automáticamente ganará el partidoIn English: if a player manages to form CHIN-CHON without a joker and goes out, they automatically win the match
El partido se jugará a ciento uno (101) puntos.In English: The match is played to one hundred and one (101) points.
Cuando un jugador supere los 101 puntos, no podrá engancharse nuevamente en el juego.In English: When a player goes over 101 points, they cannot join the game again.
